The delivery times provided are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or damage relating to late deliveries. If multiple items are ordered and/or including Pre orders, delivery will be made once all stock is available. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Tonka the Concreter cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any pricing errors including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. All payments are charged in AUD dollars.

If notified before the goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate for order cancellations. If items have been shipped Tonka the Concreter it is too late to request the return of the package. You must proceed to refer to the return policy.
